Do you do one off thermal imaging?
No, we only scan properties on a district or ward basis with the agreement of your Local Authority.
-
What happens if my local authority doesn't sign up?

How much does a survey cost?
There is no charge, we will offer you a FREE no obligation survey.
-
How and when do I get the results of thermal imaging scan?
After the scan has been taken, you will then be visited by an experienced and approved surveyor, equipped with the personalised thermal report of your home. The surveyor will then be able to discuss the best options available to you. Full surveys will then be carried out for any interested householders and quotes issued.
-
Do I have to decide on the spot if I want to go ahead?
No, you can contact us at any time after the survey to arrange for the work to be completed.
-
Can the camera see through walls into my house?
The only purpose of the system is to assist householders in improving the energy efficiency of their homes. The system cannot see through walls or windows.
-
Why do you survey at night?
We have to survey at night in order to obtain an accurate image. It is necessary for it to be dark and the heating on.
-
What does the image show me?
The image will show where your property is losing heat and would benefit from insulation. Red coverage shows heat loss, where green coverage shows where a property has existing insulation.
-
What do I do after you have surveyed?
If you decide to go ahead with the insulation, your surveyor will arrange a convenient installation date.
